We are established in Switzerland and this service is not directed at the European Union: it is offered only in English, priced in US dollars, and we do not advertise in, target, or handle customer relations in the language of any Member State. On that basis we consider that we have no substantial connection to the Union, and that we are not required to designate a representative there.
